Back to Home Page The overarching goal of this website is to serve as a portal for family, friends, and others who are seeking information and resources related to Michael’s life and the tragic accident that ended it. This site will provide the contact information of the parties affiliated with the accident: Metro Transit, The Amalgamated Transit Union (the union that rehired the driver, Sandy Oloski, two times after she had been fired twice), the King County Council, and the Dahlquist family. This site will attempt to raise awareness of the serious flaws currently plaguing the Metro Transit Union in hopes of remedying them as well as avoiding future accidents such as the one Michael was involved in.
