Quality Scheduling Group LLC is now scheduling an interesting Apartment Shop.
This shop needs to be completed by Tuesday, February 9th.
Please see below for exact shopping location, dates, and details.
For this shop, you will call to set up an appointment and visit the community on the specified day. Once there, you will tour the facility, visit a spec apartment (one open for inspection), and make observations based on the questions in the report. Since this is a mystery shop, you will pose as a potential resident and will need to ask questions and show interest just as a potential resident would.
This location has either a specific person to shop and/or specific days that you can or cannot shop the location, so please bear this in mind when accepting the assignment.
The pay for this shop is $45 ($20 fee + $25 BONUS), via PayPal. If you are interested, it is imperative you respond in the following manner:
1. Send an e-mail to me at scheduler@qualityscheduling.com with your name, address, phone number, and location of interest.
2. List "Apt Shops" and the City and State of interest in the SUBJECT of your e-mail.
3. These shops require a bilingual shopper (in Spanish). Please confirm you are bilingual.
4. Please indicate if you can complete the 1st, 2nd, or either shop.
There is a 12 month rotation for all apartment shops. Please do not apply if you have shopped this location for any shopping company in the past 12 months!
