Return and Exchange Policy:
All sales on birds are final. No refunds on birds or merchandise. Exchange or store credit issued only on merchandise packaged and sealed by the original manufacturer, and the seal of packaging has not been broken. For your bird’s health and for safety reasons, unpackaged/unsealed bird toys and all other merchandise are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
