We have an unusual warranty on our birds. I call it that because I do not know of any other breeders or pet stores with such a generous policy. The reason for this warranty is because I have confidence in the quality of the birds that I raise. So, knowing I have raised only healty birds, AND done my job of educating you, the new owner, on the proper care and feeding and housing of your new bird, then there is no reason to lose any of my wonderful babies to death by normal causes. Thus the "Limited One Year Warranty" described below:
1. If, for any reason, other than loss, obvious neglect or accidental death, your bird should die within one year of purchase from Denise´s Parrot Place, we will replace the bird at cost.
2. This warranty is designed to give you some piece of mind when spending this amount of money.
3. It reflects our confidence as to both the health of our birds and our ability to keep them that way.
4. The Parrot Place Organization has a fatality rate of less than 1% (30% is standard for the industry)
