Brooke has been doing well for the past 48 hours. She is acting completely like her normal self now. The dreaded anti-siezure medicine ends today, so the drowsy and dizzy symptoms will hopefully go away.
Her condition is so good, going from night to day on Monday, that it is now OK for me to go back to work. Speaking of work (Boeing), the picture featured on this page is of Brooke opening presents brought by my Boeing teammates. Patty Raine delivered the gifts on Friday Dec 8th, and Brooke was not too receptive. But later that evening she was caught in the act of enjoying her gifts.
Yesterday, my wife asked Brooke how she was feeling. She responded "I feel good because of all the presents people brought to me".
Many well wishers have brought Brooke gifts, brought us meals, prayed for her, etc. We are very grateful and will be thanking you individually.
We heard from the nuerosurgeons today. They want to do (Gamma Knife) surgery as soon as January 8th. We are scared.
