I enjoy writing and I always submit reports, receipts, and photos when they are due. I understand the need for good customer service. I have experience with both sides of the retail industry. I have completed numerous retail shops, audits, merchandise restocks, store resets, surveys, etc. I believe I would be a good mystery shopper for any company because I have the determination to honestly complete various types of assignments in a professional and timely manner. I think mystery shopping is covertly analyzing and evaluating what a customer would experience if they were purchasing goods or services from specific companies. I feel like mystery shopping is very important to companies because it reflects where they market their products and services.
